What
is affiliate marketing?
Affiliate
Marketing is marketing other merchants products/services/business
by placing special text links or banners on your website or in
your newsletter. Some merchants pay you for every click-through
you send them, some pay
per lead/sign up, and some pay a percentage of each sale you send
to them through your link. The great thing about it is - there
is No set-up costs, No direct selling, No multi-level marketing
(MLM)
and No
inventory
to keep. You register for free, apply to merchants to run
their campaigns and once approved, add the links to your website.
Most pay out monthly once you've reached a certain amount, like
$50.
If
you
have a website and you want to earn some extra money from your
visitors, this is the way to go.
Gleames
Creative Design will soon be offering it's own
affiliate program. You will be able to refer new clients to us
and get paid a percentage for all the work they commission from
us, payable when you've accumulated $25 in earnings. Look for this
great program
in the
future.
Below
is a list of affiliate sites that you can join for free - each
of these sites has a number of advertisers that you can apply to
once you are a member. Some merchants include Target, Walmart,
Rent-A-Car, Discover Credit Card, Disney Book Club, Bath & Body,
and much, much, more. I've used all of the ones below for other
sites and have been paid by all of them at one time or another.
